Before my family and I moved to Wasaga Beach, we lived in Barrie.  Because I’m only 25 minutes away, there are no travel fees for this area.

If you’re looking for a Barrie wedding photographer, I would love to discuss my affordable and customizable wedding photography packages with you!

All of my standard packages come with copyright release as well as dvd’s or Bluray disks of high resolution raw and/or jpeg images.

If you haven’t seen them, please have a look at my Barrie wedding photographer galleries of the Southshore Centre and the Kempenfelt Conference Centre.

Stoney Lake Wedding Photographer

Even though I currently live in Wasaga Beach, I grew up in Bridgenorth, just outside of Peterborough.  To this day, I still shoot a large percentage of my work in the Kawartha Lakes.  Over the next few months, I will be expanding my portfolio of photography work on my website and adding as many locations as I can.  Today, I added a gallery of Stoney Lake wedding photography.  I’ve actually shot 2 weddings for the Henderson family and will be posting the most recent one as soon as possible.

Looking for a Stoney Lake wedding photographer, a Peterborough photographer, or a Kawartha Lakes wedding photography package?  Please call me.  There are no travel fees for most locations in the Kawartha Lakes!

Horseshoe Resort Wedding Photography Sneak Peak

You may recall Lisa and Brendan’s Wasaga Beach engagement photography session, posted in my website’s portfolio section. This past weekend, was the date of their long-awaited winter wedding at Horseshoe Resort in Horseshoe Valley.  If anyone had feared a snowless winter for their ceremony and celebration, their fears would have been allayed when they crested the hill that drops deep into the valley where the resort’s hotels, restaurants, chapel, and condos are located: the actual “Horseshoe Valley” road sign was nearly buried in snow.

Lisa and Brendan are an amazing couple and it was my privilege to work with them again for their wedding. Despite, the heaviest snowstorm I recall in recent history, we combined some great studio-lit indoor locations with a great range of outdoor shots near the resort’s cross country ski trails and along scenic curves of Oro Medonte Line 3 North.  This post is a sneak peak of the full wedding gallery to be posted in the very near future.

If you are looking for a Horeshoe Resort wedding photographer, Orillia wedding photographer, or Barrie photographer, please contact me and I can go over my diverse and affordable packages.

Orillia Engagement Photographer Waist Deep in Snow

Orillia Engagement Photographer Waist Deep in Snow

This past week was a fun-filled photography extravaganza complete with a Horseshoe Resort Wedding Photography Session, studio photography assignments for VIVA magazine, and a deep-snow engagement photography adventure at Orillia’s Grant’s Woods Conservation Centre  and Homewood Park.

In this post, I wanted to draw attention to the addition of a new gallery in the engagement portfolio section of my website from my Orillia engagement photography session.

This shoot was an adventure as only a single track snowshoe trail meandered through the woods at the park.  To get some of the angles needed for these shots, I was nearly waist deep at snow at times.  Good thing I had my sorels!

Here are a few photos showing how deep that beautiful white snow really was.  For the sitting shots, Tena and Corey are actually sitting on the railing of a bridge!
