Leacock Museum Engagement Photography Session in Orillia The Leacock Museum National Historic Site in Orillia is one of my favourite places to shoot engagement photos. When Maggie and Taylor climbed onto a log jutting out into Lake Couchiching and then Maggie kept her shoes off for the rest of the shots in the forest, I knew this was going to be a special session. It was so much fun and definitely worth treading in thigh deep water wearing dress pants for these […]
Kingston Photographer: Sunset Engagement session at Lamoine Point Kingston Ontario was once my home for several years and I still consider it to be one of the country’s most beautiful and appealing communities. For Nancy and Scott’s fall portrait session, we traveled to a location just outside of the Lamoine Point Conservation Area. With its incredible forest and lakefront features, it was the ideal location for this Kingston photography session.
Wasaga Beach Photographer: Wasaga Beach Provincial Park Engagement Session Wasaga Beach is so much more than just a beach destination. Did you know that Wasaga also has a forest component to its provincial Park? For your viewing pleasure, here is a selection of images from a recent Wasaga Beach engagement session in the late winter of 2018. A beautiful day, amazing couple, and and their incredible dog. What more could you ask for?

It was your chance to secretly tell people you had a crush on them, and to see if anyone felt the same about you. Plus, if you were lucky, some of the parents brought in home-baked treats for everyone to share too, and who […]
Ok I admit it, I love the water. I think most of us do. Before Nasa tweaked the astrological calendar I was smack dab in the middle of being a Pisces, no surprise that I loved the water, right? Well now, according to Nasa, I’m no longer that fabled water-loving creature, but an Aquarius. Truth is, I have yet to look up what that’s supposed to mean for my new identity, because truth be told, I will always be a […]
Orillia Engagement Photographer Waist Deep in Snow This past week was a fun-filled photography extravaganza complete with a Horseshoe Resort Wedding Photography Session, studio photography assignments for VIVA magazine, and a deep-snow engagement photography adventure at Orillia’s Grant’s Woods Conservation Centre and Homewood Park. In this post, I wanted to draw attention to the addition of a new gallery in the engagement portfolio section of my website from my Orillia engagement photography session. This shoot was an adventure as only […]
